Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can but as our punch needle items are made by hand, this does take a little time. For our handmade items, before placing your order, please ensure that you have considered our current estimated turnaround time shown on the banner at the top of the page. For our punch needle kits and supplies, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and this is usually within 3 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) from (but not including) the date of the order. 

Local collection is available for those within a 2 mile radius of us. Otherwise, all orders will be sent via Royal Mail using either their Tracked 24/48 service according to your selection at checkout. For the Tracked 24 service, Royal Mail aim to deliver within one working day. For the Tracked 48 service, Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three working days. Please note that these timescales apply only once items have been dispatched by us following our turnaround time, are guidelines only and not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
